# Design After AI

> A living reference on what designing becomes once AI is part of how things are made and how they reach people, revised in public chapter by chapter.

The site asks one question: What is designing, once AI is part of how things are made and how they reach people? Seven chapters look at it from different angles. Each chapter is a set of dated notes until v1.0, then an essay, and earlier versions stay readable. Every idea is marked as observed (already happening, with sources where there are any) or as a prediction for the near or far future, with a confidence (low, medium or high). Every page has a Markdown version at the same path with .md added.
